This fee must be paid before final enrollment. All fees must be paid in full before 1st day of services.

By submitting and signing this form, I understand that submitting my application requires a non-refundable fee of $65. This fee ensures that my application is reviewed, but does not guarantee immediate selection. Enrollment decisions are made after I complete the application form, tour, and interview. My application will remain in the system until a spot becomes available, and the center will contact me to confirm my continued interest.
If I am selected and decide not to enroll my child, I will lose my spot in the application process and will need to resubmit the application form along with the $65 fee. Paying the fee and joining the waitlist is a secure way to wait for a spot. However, if another daycare has an opening and I wish to accept it sooner, I can receive a refund.
If I am next in line for a spot and one becomes available, I will have 24 hours from the notification to either accept or decline the offer. After 24 hours, the offer will go to the next family, and I will not receive a refund.
